Featured Cake!
Our featured cake is…
… my last cake of 2024, which just happens to be my son’s birthday cake!
His favourite flavour combo of chocolate sponge and raspberry buttercream, which I
decorated with blue buttercream and a little model of his beloved cat.
Now, there’s an important lesson to be learned from this cake -
CANDLE PLACEMENT MATTERS, FOLKS!! My bad!!
And whilst a breakdown in the fast lane of the M11 meant his birthday celebrations
didn’t quite go to plan, it was lovely to have him home for the weekend
and we all enjoyed his birthday (and cake!)
