All my cakes are made with you – the customer – in mind. Working together, we can design the perfect cake to complement your special day.


And to ensure they taste as good as they look, I use only the best ingredients including real butter and free-range eggs. My rich fruit cakes have a high fruit content and contain both brandy and port for a rich, full flavour (alcohol-free fruit cakes also available).


Sponge cake flavours include Traditional Vanilla, filled with jam & buttercream; Chocolate, with smooth, rich chocolate buttercream; delicious Vanilla Caramel flavour sponge with buttercream; Zesty Lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream; Chocolate orange sponge filled with layers of orange curd and chocolate buttercream; Baileys sponge with Baileys buttercream; and Coconut & Lime with lime curd buttercream; Champagne & Strawberry flavour – to name just a few. Dairy-free cakes available.

My light sponge cupcakes are filled or topped with delicious buttercream to make them an extra-special treat, or have them topped with a smooth and silky Italian meringue buttercream swirl.
